Delivery - important changes

Standard Delivery is £2.75 for orders under £35, and free for orders over £35.  We use Royal Mail 48 unless your parcel is bulky, in which case we may use Hermes.  We are only despatching at weekends due to illness so please take this into account when ordering.

For this reason we are no longer offering express delivery.  We are sorry for any inconvenience

Click and Collect is available in the shop for customers who live locally, this will come up as an option when you enter the delivery postcode.  If it doesn't recognise your postcode as local and you want to pick up from the shop, please proceed with the order and will will refund any delivery charge on collection.


You may decide you want to return your order, if so please contact us for the best way to return your item.  Items should be in the same condition as you received them in the original undamaged packaging.  You should contact us within 14 days of receipt to ensure your return is accepted.  Please allow 2-5 working days for your payment to be credited back to your payment method, this is not in our control, it is dependant on Paypal and your card company.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Occasionally things do go wrong, and we will do our best to put it right.  In the case of a faulty item, our first step is to contact the manufacturer, who may wish to send you a replace item or part directly.  We will only refund for a faulty item if a replacement or repair cannot be done, in line with your statutory rights.  For items damaged in transit, please take a photo of the packaging before discarding, as we will need to raise it with the delivery company concerned.  Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
